This public agreement is an official offer by Hotel "Hon Saroy" to conclude a service agreement under the conditions stated below.

1. General Provisions

1.1. This document is a public offer (proposal) by Hotel "Hon Saroy" (hereinafter - "Hotel") to conclude an agreement for the provision of hotel services under the conditions set forth below.

1.2. Acceptance of the offer is made by the Guest (individual or legal entity) booking a room or additional hotel services by any available method.

1.3. The agreement becomes effective from the moment of offer acceptance and remains in force until the Parties fully fulfill their obligations.

2. Ordering and Payment Methods

2.1. Booking Methods:
  • Through the Hotel's official website

  • Through online booking systems (TravelLine and others)
  • In person at the hotel address: Sergeli district, Novruz Street,3 Deadend, 9, Tashkent
2.2. Payment Methods:
  • Bank cards: Visa, Mastercard, UnionPay, Uzcard, Humo
  • Cash in national currency (Uzbek soum)
  • Bank transfer (for legal entities)
2.3. Payment Terms:
  • 100% prepayment of the booking cost for online reservations
  • Cash payment upon check-in (with booking confirmation)
  • Corporate clients may pay by bank transfer with payment deferral
  • All transactions are conducted in Uzbek soums at the Central Bank of Uzbekistan exchange rate on the payment date

3. Refund Conditions

3.1. Booking Cancellation:
  • No-show results in charges for the full booked periodю
  • In case of force majeure circumstances (documented), penalty charges are waived
3.2. Refund Process:
  • Refunds are processed to the same card or account used for payment
  • Refund processing time - up to 10 banking days from receipt of refund request
  • Cash payments are refunded at the hotel reception within 3 business days
  • Bank commission for refund transactions is deducted from the refund amount

4. Service Conditions

4.1. Check-in and Check-out Times:
  • Check-in: from 2:00 PM on arrival day
  • Check-out: until 12:00 PM on departure day
  • Early check-in (before 2:00 PM) is subject to room availability and additional charge
  • Late check-out (after 12:00 PM) requires administration approval and additional charge
4.2. Accommodation:
  • Guest registration requires valid identification document
  • Children under 6 years stay free when using existing bedding
  • Extra bed for children aged 6-12 is available at special rate
  • Pets allowed with prior approval and additional charge
4.3. Additional Services:
  • Complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the hotel
  • Free secured parking for hotel guests
  • 24-hour reception
  • Luggage storage (free on check-in and check-out days)

5. Payment Security

5.1. Data Protection:
  • All bank card transactions use SSL encryption
  • Bank card details are not stored on hotel servers
  • Payment processing through certified payment providers
  • Hotel complies with PCI DSS security standard for payment card operations
5.2. Security Measures:
  • Regular security system monitoring and auditing
  • Fraud prevention using modern algorithms
  • Confidentiality of guest financial information
  • Staff training on personal data handling procedures

6. Privacy Policy

6.1. Information Collection:
  • Hotel collects only necessary information for booking and service provision
  • Guest personal data is used exclusively for service purposes
  • Hotel does not share personal data with third parties without guest consent, except as required by law
6.2. Information Usage:
  • For booking processing and service provision
  • For special offers and promotions notification (with guest consent)
  • For service quality improvement
  • For compliance with Uzbekistan legislation requirements
6.3. Information Protection:
  • Ensuring confidentiality of guest personal data
  • Implementation of organizational and technical information protection measures
  • Limited access to personal data by hotel staff

7. Liability

7.1. Hotel Liability:
  • Hotel is responsible for guest property stored in room safes
  • Hotel is not responsible for valuables left outside the safe
  • Hotel ensures services match advertised quality standards
7.2. Guest Liability:
  • Guest must comply with hotel accommodation rules
  • Guest is responsible for room key safekeeping
  • Guest must compensate for damage to hotel property caused by their fault

8. Dispute Resolution

8.1. All disputes and disagreements between parties are resolved through negotiations.

8.2. If disputes cannot be resolved through negotiations, they are submitted to judicial authorities at the Hotel's location in accordance with Uzbekistan legislation.
